I love snowshoeing, but have had terrible knee pain & my fingers would lock when using my old poles too much. I've been using my activator poles for a couple weeks now & I'm thrilled to say both my hands & knees are feeling better!! I have identical baskets which came with other poles so I was going to return these as mine fit. But seeing your restocking fee + postage it would cost more to return them which is unfortunate. I like the poles though.
